واکاوی تأثیر عوامل پذیرش نوآوری فناورانه و تعهد منابع بر قابلیت‌های مدیریت ‌دانش به‌منظور افزایش مزیت رقابتی (نمونه پژوهش: شرکت های دانش بنیان استان یزد)

چکیده

در سال‌های اخیر تغییرات‌ محیطی موجب ظهور قابلیت‌های ‌مدیریت‌ دانش متکی بر فناوری‌ اطلاعات شده است. هدف این پژوهش بررسی تأثیر متغیرهای نوآوری فناورانه و تعهد منابع بر قابلیت‌ مدیریت دانش به‌منظور افزایش مزیت در شرکت­­های دانش بنیان استان یزد است. این پژوهش از نظر هدف‌، کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت،‌ توصیفی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش را اعضای شرکت‌های دانش ‌بنیان استان‌ یزد تشکیل می‌دهند. برای جمع­آوری داده­های پژوهش از پرسش‌نامه  استاندارد، استفاده‌ شده ‌است که شامل 26 سؤال می­باشد. با توجه به اینکه حجم جامعه 355 نفر بوده، حجم نمونه با توجه به رابطه کوکران 185 برآورد گردید. در این پژوهش از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده استفاده شده است. روایی پرسش‌نامه  پژوهش به‌وسیله روایی محتوا و متوسط واریانس استخراج شده (AVE) و پایایی آن به‌وسیله روش آلفای‌کرونباخ و پایایی‌ترکیبی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. برای تجزیه ‌‌و تحلیل داده‌های­ پژوهش از روش حداقل مربعات جزئی (PLS) استفاده شده است. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که متغیرهای تعهد منابع، منافع درک شده و پیچیدگی بر قابلیت‌ مدیریت دانش تأثیر معنی‌داری دارند و باعث افزایش مزیت می‌شوند. به­علاوه، یافته‌ها نشان داد که سازگاری بر قابلیت مدیریت دانش تأثیر معنی‌داری ندارد.

چکیده [English]

Today, environmental changes have led to the emergence of information technology-based knowledge management capabilities. The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of technological innovation and resource commitment on knowledge management capabilities in order to increase competitive advantage. This paper is an applied-descriptive research. The statistical population is Yazd province's knowledge-based companies. Collecting research data through a researcher-made questionnaire used, which includes 26 questions. Of the 300 questionnaires distributed among the samples, 185 questionnaires were fully answered and used in the final analysis. The validity of the research questionnaire was investigated by content validity and mean of extracted variance (AVE) and its reliability by alpha-Cronbach's method and compositional reliability. SPSS and PLS software have been used to analyze the research data. The research findings showed that the variables of resource commitment and technological innovation index, in addition to adaptability, have a significant effect on knowledge management ability and increase the competitive advantage.
