بررسی تأثیر اشتراک دانش سازمانی بر عملکرد نوآوری با نقش میانجی قابلیت نوآوری و تعدیلگری مقیاس شبکه‌سازی و قدرت ارتباط (مورد مطالعه شرکت‌های کوچک و متوسط عراق)

چکیده

نوآوری شاخصی با اهمیت برای سازمان‌هاست چون موجب ایجاد ارزش و مزیت رقابتی پایدار در فضای بغرنج و دگرگون کنونی می‌شود. سازمان‌های نوآورتر نسبت به دیگر سازمان‌ها، در واکنش به فضاهای دارای دگرگونی و برای خلق گسترش توانمندی‌های تازه و نیل به عملکرد بهتر پیروزتر هستند. لذا هدف این تحقیق بررسی تأثیر اشتراک دانش سازمانی بر عملکرد نوآوری شرکت‌های کوچک و متوسط عراق با نقش میانجی قابلیت نوآوری و تعدیلگر قدرت رابطه و مقیاس شبکه‌سازی بوده است. جامعه آماری تحقیق حاضر، کلیه  مدیران و معاونان شرکت‌های کوچک و متوسط در کشور عراق می‌باشد که تعداد آن‌ها نامشخص بوده است؛ بر اساس روش سرانگشتی کلاین (5 تا 10 برابر تعداد گویه‌ها)، تعداد اعضای 170 نفر به روش غیرتصادفی در دسترس انتخاب شده است. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه دونگلینگ و همکاران (2022) بوده که برای آزمودن روایی از روایی محتوا و تأیید خبرگان و جهت روایی سازه از روایی سازه، همگرا و واگرا بهره گرفته شده است. پایایی پرسشنامه با آلفای کرونباخ و پایایی مرکب (بیش از 7/0) انجام شده است. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها به روش معادلات ساختاری با نرم‌افزار پی ال اس انجام شده است. نتایج نشان داد تأثیر اشتراک دانش سازمانی بر عملکرد نوآوری با میانجی‌گری قابلیت نوآوری معنادار بوده است (559/2= t). به‌علاوه نقش تعدیلگر مقیاس شبکه‌سازی (671/2= t) و قدرت ارتباط (651/3= t) در تأثیر اشتراک دانش سازمانی بر قابلیت نوآوری معنادار گزارش شده است.

چکیده [English]

Innovation is an important indicator for organizations because it creates value and sustainable competitive advantage in the current complex and changing environment. More innovative organizations are more successful than other organizations in responding to changing environments and creating and expanding new capabilities and achieving better performance. Therefore, the purpose of this research was to investigate the effect of organizational knowledge sharing on the innovation performance of Iraqi small and medium enterprises with the mediating role of innovation capability and moderating Connection strength and networking scale. The statistical population of this research is all managers and vice presidents of small and medium companies in Iraq, whose number is unknown; According to Klein's thumb method (5 to 10 times the number of items), the number of members of 170 people was selected non-randomly. The research tool was Dongling et al.'s (2022) questionnaire, which was used to test the validity of content validity and experts' approval, and for construct validity, construct validity, convergent and divergent validity were used. The reliability of the questionnaire was done with Cronbach's alpha and composite reliability (more than 0.7). Data analysis was done by structural equation method with PLS software. The results showed that the effect of organizational knowledge sharing on innovation performance with the mediation of innovation capability was significant (t=2.559). In addition, the moderating role of networking scale (t=2.671) and Connection strength (t=3.651) in the effect of organizational knowledge sharing on innovation ability has been reported.
