[English]

Each organization's function is influenced by intangible and intangible factors of both internal and external, some of which are social capital that is directly related to human factors. Social capital can be considered as a widespread research effort in order to spread the entire space of the organization. Finding effective factors in the growth or decline of social capital and recognizing its relationship with knowledge management processes and the performance of organizations as an important issue for the minds of managers and leaders of organizations that seek to use knowledge management to gain competitive advantage in their organization are very important. In this paper, the factors affecting the strengthening of social capital and the relationship between these criteria with each other, as well as the impact of these criteria on the organizational knowledge management cycle for the two banks, have been investigated by a competitive modeling approach. The DENP model has been used to measure the impact of social capital criteria and sub criteria and ranking on their importance. Finally, using the Structural Equation Method, using the SmartPLS software, the effect of social capital factors on the knowledge management cycle is investigated. The results of the research show that by explaining policies to strengthen these indicators in these two organizations, it facilitated the creation, organization, sharing and utilization of organizational knowledge and influenced the knowledge and strategic goals of banks.
