تأثیر ویژگی های سازمانی، زیرساخت مدیریت دانش و جهت‌گیری کارآفرینانه بر رضایت از ارتباطات شغلی (نمونه پژوهش: شرکت مادر تخصصی بازرگانی دولتی ایران)

چکیده

رضایت از ارتباطات شغلی کارکنان سازمان، تحت تأثیر عوامل متعددی قرار می­گیرد. هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی اثر ویژگی­های سازمانی، زیرساخت مدیریت دانش و جهت­گیری کارآفرینانه بر رضایت از ارتباطات شغلی کارکنان است. این پژوهش با رویکردی کمّی اجرا شده و داده­های آن از طریق پرسشنامه­ای برخط و آفلاین جمع­آوری شدند. بررسی این روابط نیازمند بررسی عمیق یک سازمان با زمینه مرتبط است و به همین دلیل شرکت مادر تخصصی بازرگانی دولتی ایران برای این پژوهش انتخاب شد. برای تحلیل داده­ها از مدل معادلات ساختاری و نرم‌افزار SmartPLS استفاده شد. در این راستا 9 فرضیه تدوین شدند که در انتها 6 مورد از آن­ها مورد تائید قرار گرفت و 3 فرضیه دیگر رد شدند. نتایج این پژوهش نشان دادند که ویژگی­های سازمانی، رابطه معناداری با ابعاد زیرساخت مدیریت دانش (فناوری، ساختار و فرهنگ)، جهت­گیری کارآفرینانه و رضایت از ارتباطات شغلی دارد و فرهنگ نیز خود به‌عنوان یکی از زیرساخت‌های مدیریت دانش، رابطه معناداری با رضایت از ارتباطات شغلی دارد، اما فناوری، ساختار و جهت­گیری کارآفرینانه، رابطه معناداری با رضایت از ارتباطات شغلی ندارند. این یافته­ها به درک بهتر رضایت از ارتباطات شغلی کارمندان سازمان و افزایش آن از طریق بهبود و اصلاح زیرساخت مدیریت دانش در سازمان‌ها کمک می­کند.

Job communication satisfaction of organizational staff is affected by many factors. The purpose of this research has been to investigate the effect of organizational characteristics, knowledge management infrastructure and entrepreneurial orientation on job communication satisfaction. The study has been conducted through a quantitative approach and its data collected through an offline questionnaire. Investigating these relationships requires an in-depth study of an organization and due to this, Government Trading Corporation of Iran has been selected for the study. Structural equation modeling and factor analysis have been used for data analysis. In this regard, 9 hypotheses were formulated, 6 of which were finally approved and 3 rejected. The results showed that organizational characteristics have a significant relationship with the dimensions of knowledge management infrastructure (technology, structure and culture), entrepreneurial orientation and job communication satisfaction, and culture itself as an infrastructure of knowledge management has a significant relationship with job communication satisfaction, but technology, structure and entrepreneurial orientation do not have a significant relationship with job communication satisfaction. These findings help to have a better understanding of the employees' job communication satisfaction, enhancing it by improving and modifying the knowledge management infrastructure in organizations.
