بررسی نقش تعدیل‌گری مدیریت دانش استراتژیک در رابطه‌ی ابعاد سرمایه فکری و عملکرد نوآورانه (نمونه پژوهش: شرکت‌های لبنی)

چکیده

چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی نقش تعدیل‌گری مدیریت دانش استراتژیک در رابطه‌ی ابعاد سرمایه فکری و عملکرد شرکت‌های لبنی است. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی، از نظر طرح تحقیق، توصیفی-همبستگی و از نظر ماهیت داده‌ها، کمی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش، شرکت‌های فعال در صنعت لبنیات هستند که پرسشنامه‌های تحقیق میان 98 مدیر ارشد 61 شرکت لبنی به روش در دسترس توزیع شد. برای آزمون فرضیات از روش معادلات ساختاری و نرم‌افزار smartPLS استفاده شده است. نتایج تحقیق بیانگر قابل‌قبول بودن پایایی و روایی ابزار سنجش و قابلیت‌تبیین‌کنندگی بالای مدل بوده است. همچنین نتایج آزمون فرضیات بیانگر این است که ابعاد سرمایه فکری بر عملکرد نوآورانه تاثیر مثبت دارد و عملکرد نوآورانه می‌تواند به بهبود عملکرد بازار و عملکرد مالی کمک کند. همچنین نقش تعدیل‌گری مدیریت دانش استراتژیک در ارتباط بین دو بعد سرمایه فکری (سرمایه انسانی و سرمایه رابطه‌ای) با عملکرد نوآورانه تایید شد. نتایج این پژوهش به شناخت بهتر پیچیدگی‌های سرمایه فکری کمک می‌کند و نگرش مناسبی برای بهبود عملکرد شرکت‌های صنعت لبنیات ارائه می‌نماید.

Abstract

The aim of the study is to investigate the effect of intellectual capital dimensions on innovative performance and role of strategic knowledge management moderator in the dairy industry. This study is applied research in terms of purpose and it is descriptive-correlation research in terms of method and nature. The statistical population of the study includes operating companies in the dairy industry. Research questionnaires were distributed among 98 senior executives of 61 companies by convenience sampling. Analyzing by smart-PLS software showed that the reliability and validity of measurement tool and the capability of model were acceptable. Results of hypotheses test based on the structural equation method (SEM) indicate that dimensions of intellectual capital have a positive effect on innovative performance and innovative performance can help improve market performance and financial performance. Also, the role of strategic knowledge management moderator in the relationship between two dimensions of intellectual capital (human capital and relational capital) with innovative performance was confirmed. The results of this study could help to better understand the complexities of intellectual capital and provides a good attitude to improve the performance of dairy companies.
