The journal of Strategic Management of Organizational Knowledge (SMOK) is a peer-reviewed, open-access, quarterly publication issued by Imam Hossein University since its inception in 2018. It serves as a scholarly platform for disseminating the latest academic research and practical insights into all dimensions of knowledge management across diverse organizational contexts, including small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), large corporations, multinational companies (MNCs), and global enterprises. SMOK is committed to publishing innovative, rigorous, and original research by academics, industry professionals, and government experts on knowledge management strategies, tools, techniques, and technologies.
