Abstract

The purpose of the upcoming research is to provide "interpretive structural modelling of the implementation of the comprehensive scientific map of the country" and by identifying the dimensions and components of the implementation of the country's scientific map, it deals with the formulation of the implementation model of this map for the purposeful implementation of knowledge management strategies. This research is developmental and applied in terms of orientation, so by collecting various data from the subject literature and upstream documents, it has presented a conceptual model for the implementation of the scientific map of the country. The relationship between the components of the conceptual model and their levelling provides the basis for prioritizing and applying the model practically, so it is practical. The statistical population of the research includes experts and officials of the implementation of the scientific map of the country, a sample size of 20 people was selected and their opinions were used to answer the structural-interpretive equations. The final model is two-layered and consists of 5 dimensions including "human factors", "infrastructural factors", "management factors", "process factors" and "external factors". In the meantime, human factors are the most effective dimension, followed by management factors and external factors at the next level of influence, also process factors are effective from all three previous factors and finally, infrastructure factors were identified as the most effective dimension.
