Presenting a model of knowledge management in the Islamic value system and comparatively comparing it with other common models

Abstract

This study seeks to provide a model of knowledge management in the Islamic value system and with careful research on knowledge management in Islam to identify the issue and using one of the methods of qualitative research called grounded theory or qualitative data research, interview of 20 experts (Who are experts in the field of knowledge management as well as religious principles and their field of study is related to the field of Islamic management, knowledge management, Quranic sciences, hadith and seminary) which was done in open coding, 195 related statements were extracted and in The axial coding stage was divided into 39 categories and 8 general dimensions were extracted in the selected coding and the final pattern was designed. This model includes eight general dimensions: the goals of transcendent knowledge, rational evaluation, knowledge discovery, purposeful acquisition, development of beneficial knowledge, maximum dissemination of knowledge, knowledge recording and application with jihadist and task-oriented action. Finally, a comparative comparison was made between the proposed model and common patterns.
