Purpose: Knowledge hiding is a relatively common phenomenon in educational organizations with destructive effects. Teachers may not share their job-related knowledge with colleagues for various reasons and sometimes hide their understanding. Therefore, it is necessary to examine the effective constructs for reducing knowledge hiding; thus, the study aimed to investigate the mediating role of the learning community and organizational voice in the relationship between synergistic leadership behaviors and teachers' knowledge-hiding behaviors.Methodology: The study type was descriptive-correlational, and the statistical population included 3244 teachers in Kashan, with a sample size of 358 people using the Cochran formula. The research tools were four questionnaires: synergistic leadership, knowledge concealment, organizational voice, and learning community. The reliability of the questionnaires was estimated through Cronbach's alpha as 0.75 for synergistic leadership, 0.81 for knowledge concealment, 0.89 for organizational voice, and 0.72 for learning community.Findings: The mean of the knowledge-hiding variable was lower than the criterion score, and the mean of the synergistic leadership, organizational voice, and professional learning community variables was higher than the criterion score. Synergistic leadership behaviors, teachers' organizational voice, and teachers' professional learning community have a negative and significant effect on knowledge-hiding behaviors, and synergistic leadership behaviors have a positive and significant impact on teachers' organizational voice and professional learning community. The results of this hypothesis can be explained as follows: When a school principal who adheres to the application of the components of the synergistic approach in leadership for his organization places cooperation and the resulting synergy at the top of his priorities, he uses various mechanisms to motivate teachers and awaken their desire to cooperate. By establishing two-way communication with teachers, encouraging them, and providing rewards and privileges for teachers in carrying out organizational tasks and activities, synergistic leaders can utilize their potential capacities and abilities to achieve organizational goals, thereby facilitating the application of knowledge and its sharing among members.Research limitations: This study's limitations included using self-report questionnaires to assess variables, limiting the research sample to teachers in Kashan, and conducting a cross-sectional study and collecting data.Originality/value: It is essential that education managers, through organizational training programs, instill in school administrators that they should not remain in a mere management role; instead, they should move towards leadership roles such as synergistic leadership and, by increasing learning communities and listening to teachers' organizational voices, enhance the level of teacher cooperation and provide the basis for knowledge sharing.

Purpose: In growing industries, knowledge workers play a vital role in the success of organizations due to the high value of their knowledge and expertise. The departure of these employees can bring high material and moral costs to organizations. Therefore, this study aims to identify the factors affecting retaining talented and knowledgeable workers.Methodology: This study was conducted in a mixed manner; in the first stage, (58) factors affecting the retention of talents were identified through a literature review as a qualitative part. The statistical population includes experts from technology and knowledge-based companies, managers, and experts from the Yazd Science and Technology Park campuses, and sampling was done as a convenience sample. In the second stage, using a quantitative method, the opinions of (17) experts from the Science and Technology Park and universities were collected through a questionnaire and analyzed using the intuitive fuzzy cognitive map method. The relationships between the factors were determined using FCMapper software and plotted in Pajek software.Findings: The findings showed that the factors affecting the retention of knowledge workers were divided into four dimensions: environmental, organizational, individual, and job. In the research of Sarfarazi et al., the factors affecting the retention of knowledge workers were also divided into the above four groups. In the environmental dimension, the three factors of job opportunities in the labor market, migration, and personal and family life of the individual were identified as the most critical factors affecting the environmental dimension due to their highest degree of centrality. Job opportunities in the labor market had the highest degree of centrality and influence on migration, which caused a change. Since personality traits have the highest degree of centrality among the factors of the organizational dimension, the most critical factor affecting the retention of key employees was identified in the organizational dimension. Career path management, promotion, and career development by being influenced by the personality characteristics of the CEO and supervisor has an impact on the empowerment of knowledge workers and ultimately leads to an increase in the retention of knowledge workers. The specialized capabilities of the organization's knowledge and talented employees have the highest degree of centrality among the factors of the individual dimension, and the essential factor in this dimension is introduced.Research limitations: The present study was also accompanied by various limitations. Among these limitations, one can mention the failure to consider the time factor in the analyses. From a methodological point of view, although the intuitive fuzzy cognitive map is a powerful method, it may only partially reflect some complex or nonlinear relationships between factors. In addition, the failure to examine temporal changes in factors affecting employee retention and the study's limitation to a specific period are other limitations of this study.Originality/value: Organizations should pay special attention to these critical factors and ensure the retention of knowledge workers through strategic planning to recruit and retain them.

Purpose: The position of reason in management and the study of its utilization is one of the issues that has received much attention today. In this regard, wisdom management is an approach that emphasizes the use of knowledge, experiences, and correct understanding in the decision-making and management process. This management model effectively promotes deep learning and decision-making effectiveness to achieve organizational goals successfully. Therefore, the present study was conducted to identify the antecedents of wisdom management in organizations.Methodology: This study is applied in terms of purpose and survey in terms of data collection. The statistical population of the present study consists of management professors from universities in Lorestan province, from whom 30 people were selected as sample members using purposive sampling based on the principle of theoretical saturation. The data collection tool is used in the qualitative part of the research interviews, and a questionnaire is used in the quantitative part. The content analysis approach was used to analyze the data in the qualitative part using Atlas software. In the quantitative part, the fuzzy cognitive mapping method was used. The validity and reliability of the research interview were confirmed using the content validity method, theoretical validity, and intra-coder and inter-coder reliability. The validity and reliability of the research questionnaire were also measured using content validity and test-retests.Findings: The research findings showed that the most important antecedents of wisdom management in organizations are having human-cognitive skills with a central index (26.45), promotion based on competence with a central index (26.27), problem-solving ability (25.57), knowledge and experience of the manager (25.56), strong learning ability (25.44), and independence from sources of power with a central index (25.09).Research limitations: Regarding the limitations of the present study, it should be noted that the most critical limitations of this study include the novelty of its subject and the lack of relevant study resources in this field both inside and outside the country. The lack of resources to compare the results makes the generalizability of the results difficult. Also, the lack of other tools to collect data due to the lack of relevant study resources, a management background, and being thoroughly familiar with different management forms can be considered a limitation. To ensure greater accuracy and precision in the results, experts with a management background and who are thoroughly familiar with different management forms should also be used as sample members, which resulted in a limitation in the number of samples.Originality/value: According to the research results, organizations should focus on individuals' abilities and personality traits in the early stages of selection and recruitment to create the basis for implementing wisdom management in the organization and strengthen these skills in later stages.

Purpose: Successful integration of knowledge management and market orientation in production cooperatives can provide a basis for improving the performance and growth of these enterprises. Therefore, knowledge management and market orientation are two practical approaches in management that can help improve organizational activities. Thus, the present study aimed to identify the critical success factors and consequences of implementing market-oriented knowledge management.Methodology: The present study is exploratory research in terms of its purpose and data collection, which was conducted with a case study approach in the context of the study. This research is also a mixed qualitative and quantitative research based on the inductive deductive philosophy. The study's statistical population in both the qualitative and quantitative sections is experts with university education and experience in the administration and management of the cooperative sector, 12 of whom were selected as sample members by purposive sampling and based on the principle of theoretical adequacy. The data collection tool in the qualitative section is an interview; the validity and reliability were confirmed using content and theoretical validity and the intra-coder and inter-coder reliability methods. The data collection tool in the quantitative section is a questionnaire, the validity and reliability of which were confirmed using content validity and test-retest reliability. The coding approach was used to analyze the data in the qualitative section, and the fuzzy cognitive map method was used in the quantitative section.Findings: The research findings showed that institutionalizing a knowledge-based culture and encouraging knowledge distribution, synergistic combination of knowledge management and customer relationship management, and utilizing coherent mechanisms to promote organizational exchange are the essential key factors for successfully implementing market-oriented knowledge management in production cooperatives. Also, increasing the ability to govern a culture of customer orientation, service orientation, modernity, and innovation, facilitating decision-making capabilities in strategic situations, and developing and promoting competitiveness and entrepreneurship patterns were identified as the most critical outcomes of successfully implementing market-oriented knowledge management in production cooperatives. In addition, the quantitative part of the research results includes measuring the importance and prioritizing the critical success factors and consequences of implementing market-oriented knowledge management in production cooperatives. Accordingly, the essential critical factors for successfully implementing market-oriented knowledge management are institutionalizing a knowledge-oriented culture and encouraging knowledge distribution, synergistic combination of knowledge management and customer relationship management, and utilizing coherent mechanisms to promote organizational exchange. Also, increasing the ability to govern a culture of customer orientation, service orientation, modernity, and innovation, facilitating decision-making capabilities in strategic situations, and developing and promoting competitiveness and entrepreneurship patterns were identified as the most critical consequences of implementing market-oriented knowledge management.Research limitations: Despite its theoretical and applied findings that make a valuable contribution to the existing literature, the present study also has limitations, including the lack of specific research in the field of market-oriented knowledge management in domestic and foreign research, which faced researchers with theoretical limitations. Also, the present study sample was selected from among experts in the cooperative sector; experts' participation in market-oriented knowledge management may limit the generalizations.Originality/value: Knowledge management and market orientation significantly affect competitive advantage and competitiveness enhancement, and prioritization of critical success factors and consequences of implementing market-oriented knowledge management in production cooperatives was identified.

Purpose: With the entry into the information and communication technology age, there have been significant changes in the field of business and companies worldwide. One of these achievements of the new era is the establishment of strategic communications and partnerships with other companies. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to answer the main research question, namely, "What factors affect the networking of knowledge-based companies in the lithium battery value chain?" and to examine the impact of the factors identified in Iran on the networking of knowledge-based companies in the lithium battery value chain by presenting a conceptual model.Methodology: This research is applied in terms of purpose, description, and survey. A mixed method (qualitative-quantitative) was used to collect and analyse information. An attempt was made to combine quantitative and qualitative data to achieve a deep understanding of the subject, thereby increasing the generalizability and accuracy of the results. The content analysis method was used in the qualitative part of the research, and in the quantitative part, the structural equation modelling method and SmartPLS version 4 software were used. The statistical population in the qualitative part of the research included 11 experts and specialists in this field and university professors who were selected purposefully; the selection criteria were the experts' familiarity and knowledge of the subject under study and the history of experts' activities in the field of lithium batteries, which was considered valid for the qualitative part. Regarding the sample size, the interview continued until the theoretical saturation stage, and thus, after the eleventh interview, the data reached saturation. The interviews were conducted in person and semi-structured by one person. In the quantitative part of the research, the sample size was (72) people. The primary research tool was a researcher-made questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale distributed among experts in knowledge-based companies in the lithium battery value chain in Tehran, Alborz, and Qom provinces, as well as university professors. The questionnaire was designed based on the literature on the subject, interviews were conducted, and factors influencing the networking of knowledge-based companies in the lithium battery value chain were identified. In the first step (qualitative), we identified the factors affecting the networking of knowledge-based companies in the lithium battery value chain. In the second step (quantitative), the direct and indirect effects of the identified factors were examined.Findings: The findings in this study showed that the variables identified in the first step (qualitative) are network structure, environmental factors (social, cultural, governance), knowledge sharing, and trust building between partner knowledge-based companies. Network structure and environmental factors are independent variables, and trust building between partner knowledge-based companies and knowledge sharing are mediator variables. After drawing the conceptual model of the research, the fit and relationships between the variables were tested using structural equation modelling with the partial least squares approach and SmartPLS version 4 software. The fit of the proposed research model was confirmed in three sections: measurement, structural, and general. In the measurement models section, two criteria, the reliability coefficient and Cronbach's alpha coefficient, were used to determine the reliability of the questionnaire. Values above 0.7 indicate acceptable reliability, and all obtained values were confirmed. Also, the results related to convergent validity confirmed convergent validity according to AVE values greater than 0.5, and divergent validity (correlation matrix, Fornell and Larker test) was confirmed. In examining the structural model, in which the relationships between variables were considered, the coefficient of determination and the power coefficient were investigated, and both coefficients were confirmed. In fitting the overall part, two measurement models and the structural model were considered, and the fitting of the overall part was controlled; according to the value obtained of 0.646 from the GOF formula, it showed a strong overall fit for the research model. Accordingly, network structure with the value of T statistic (0.706) and trust building between cooperative knowledge-based companies with the value of T statistic (0.294) do not directly affect the networking of knowledge-based companies in the lithium battery value chain due to the value of T statistic being less than 1.96. Network structure has a positive and significant effect on trust building between cooperative knowledge-based companies with the value of T statistic (25.880). Network structure positively and significantly affects knowledge sharing with the value of T statistic (2.828). Trust building between cooperative knowledge-based companies also positively and significantly impacts knowledge sharing with the value of T statistic (8.824). Also, knowledge sharing with T-statistic (2.093) and environmental factors (social, cultural, governance) with T-statistic (2.645) also have a positive and significant effect on the networking of knowledge-based companies in the lithium battery value chain. Given that Iran is a developing country and the speed of network formation in Iran (despite different cultures, unstable social factors, and complex governance factors) is slow in the bureaucracy supporting the lithium battery value chain, the formation of a network in this heterogeneous space requires systematic government support and legislative legislation and the role of compelling actors in this field. Environmental conditions usually occur related to industrialisation. When the lithium battery value chain in Iran is in the prototype and technology development stage, ecological factors are influential, but with a low factor load; this effect manifests itself significantly when the lithium battery value chain enters the industrialisation phase, and at that time it is necessary to form an ecosystem, and that ecosystem of external circles, which is laws, resources, policymaking, etc., shows itself strongly.Research limitations: Every research activity faces problems and constraints, including the limitations of this research as follows: Since the variables of this research, especially trust, are individual characteristics, it isn't easy to trust the responses of individuals and their honesty. Research of this kind is based on collecting a lot of accurate information, which, due to the newness of the technology and the lack of trust and cooperation of some companies, presents the statistical population with limitations. This research is limited to knowledge-based companies active in lithium batteries and cannot be generalised to all knowledge-based companies in other fields.Originality/value: In the era of information and communication technology, major changes have occurred in the world of businesses. One of these achievements is the creation of strategic communications and partnerships with other companies through networking, and this networking capability can help companies create and improve the structure of their business networks.

Purpose: The present study aims to present an "interpretive structural modeling of the implementation of the country's comprehensive scientific map." Identifying the dimensions and components of the implementation of the country's scientific map involves developing an implementation model for this map to purposefully implement knowledge management strategies.Methodology: This research is developmental and applied in terms of orientation so that by collecting various data from the subject literature and upstream documents, it presents a conceptual model for implementing the country's scientific map so it is developmental and on the other hand, by determining the relationship between the components of the conceptual model and their leveling, it provides the basis for prioritizing and applying the model practically, so it is used. The statistical population of the research includes experts and officials implementing the country's scientific map, from which a sample size of 20 people was purposefully selected, and their opinions were used in responding to the structural-interpretive equations.Findings: The final model has been developed in two layers and consists of 5 dimensions, including "human factors," "infrastructural factors," "management factors," "process factors," and "external factors." The first component, titled "Implementation requirements and considerations for realizing the country's comprehensive scientific map", includes three axes: attention and application of field considerations for implementing the country's comprehensive scientific map document, considering the approach and maturity levels in implementing the country's comprehensive scientific map, creating a mechanism and paying attention to the coherence, coordination and integration of measures in implementing the country's comprehensive scientific map; The second process is called culture building as one of the necessities for realizing the implementation of the country's scientific map document, which includes three axes: Promoting the scientific and research insight of all those related to the issue of implementing the country's scientific map at different organizational levels and ranks, which will have a significant impact on realizing culture building in accordance with the priorities and strategies of the comprehensive scientific map, Developing thinking as a strategic and necessary indicator for better support of the demands and missions requested in the comprehensive scientific map document, which will have a direct impact on the implementation of the country's comprehensive scientific map, Discourse building in the sense that until the issue of realizing the implementation of the country's scientific map is recognized as a common currency, the issue of culture building will not crystallize and as a result, the implementation of the country's scientific map will not be realized. The third component is empowerment for realizing the country's comprehensive scientific map, which is defined in two issues: The need to pay attention to empowerment and skill development in implementing the country's comprehensive scientific map, which should be included in many current organizational trainings, considering the goals stated in the comprehensive scientific map document. The issue of developing skills in implementation is in placement and implementation in various educational courses. Designing and implementing the foundation program for the country's comprehensive scientific map education, considering the new content produced as well as the approaches and strategies included in the map content, requires designing, compiling, and implementing educational courses and programs in the form of foundation courses, etc., so that the issue of realizing empowerment can properly occur in the process of implementing the scientific map document. The fourth effective component in realizing the implementation process, which has a key impact on implementing the comprehensive scientific map document, is innovation studies in implementation, defined in three axes: target sociology and ecosystem studies. The realization of the implementation of the country's comprehensive scientific map should be proportionate to the accurate understanding of the target community, which is researchers and intellectuals, and the interactions and relations of this community with various organizations as the main ecosystem of the audience of the comprehensive scientific map of the country should be put on the agenda. Governance, policy research, and innovation studies: In the process of implementing the country's comprehensive scientific map, innovation expansion strategies will not be implemented and implemented except with the support of detailed studies in the field of governance, policy research, and innovation, which is the result of serious attention from relevant stakeholders and researchers; Studies of integrated patterns of transformation and improvement, this issue has a significant impact on the implementation of the country's scientific map in line with developments inside and outside the organization's environment and keeping the country's comprehensive scientific map up-to-date with these developments, and as a result, the country's better synchronization with the realization of the map's goals; The fifth process, titled evaluation, supervision, and monitoring, is also one of the priorities for implementing the country's scientific map document, which includes three axes: Implementation status assessment, this process is achieved in implementing the country's comprehensive scientific map by following up and monitoring in the field the progress of programs and executive actions, and finally, implementation status assessment and forecasting of software platforms for continuous monitoring of the implementation of the country's comprehensive scientific map; The implementation of the implementation axes and feedback from it, including the implementation of an interactive feedback system and the use of lessons learned from the implementation of the document and its use in making optimal decisions, will be completed. Also, the pilot implementation of the Comprehensive Scientific Map of the Country document with the aim of corrective feedback before the implementation of the document; dynamism (counting improvement points) based on the results of the implementation, at this stage, in addition to the learning that is created as a result of monitoring and evaluation for those involved in the implementation of the Comprehensive Scientific Map of the Country document, counting strengths and usable lessons based on the results of the implementation seems necessary for better implementation of the document in the face of future challenges.Research limitations: This study's limitations included using self-report questionnaires to assess variables, limiting the research sample to teachers in Kashan, and conducting a cross-sectional study and collecting data.Originality/value: Identifying the factors affecting the governance and organization of the main components and elements of the science, technology, and innovation system, a model for implementing a comprehensive scientific map in Iran was presented clearly and precisely.
