		<Abstract>Given the growing competition among organizations and the increasing importance of knowledge in project-oriented organizations, such organizations are directed to apply their most essential resources, that is, the knowledge derived from conducting projects and the intellectual capital. Organizational knowledge management is indeed a novel approach to the resources and elements of organizational power and believing in the significance and value of human beings and their creativity and innovation. On the basis of classification of goals, this is an applied research, being conducted to apply the results to improve and make applicable the knowledge management assessment of the Civil Engineering Deputy of the Khatam Al Anbia Construction Site. This is descriptive research which is conducted through constant library method and field data collection. The statistical population of this study consists of all 125 experts and technological managers of knowledge management in the project-oriented organization of Civil Engineering Deputy of Khatam Al-Anbia Construction Site. Descriptive statistics is employed to carry out demographic assessment of the participants and drawing the graphs. , Using the statistical assumption test of the average of a society, the effectiveness of each of the indicators in evaluating the knowledge management under study was assessed in order to evaluate the effect of variables. Using the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) method, the knowledge management status of the organization was assessed by multi-criteria decision-making methods such as TOPSIS were employed to rank and evaluate the importance of indicators. Applying the results of this research helped the strategy of knowledge management, and promoted evaluation of the performance of experts and managers at the organization, and ultimately improved the evaluation of the whole organization. Application of the balanced scorecard method helps measure all the dimensions of the organization, assess the success rate in achieving the mission and vision of the organization. The presentation of these indicators and methods properly increase the attitude of managers in evaluating knowledge management of project-based organizations and will encourage them to use it much more.</Abstract>

		<Abstract>The main purpose of this study is to design a thought model based on the Supreme Leader&#039;s views. To achieve this goal, data were collected in two qualitative and quantitative phases using mixed explorative method. Initially, having reviewed the literature, the researchers identified the key components of thinking as 85 key concepts, 15 sub-criteria, and 5 criteria through interviews by 11 experts selected by theoretical sampling method.  In the qualitative phase, using Delphi method, 20 panelists reached a consensus on thought components after four rounds, and the research model was designed. The validity of qualitative part was confirmed by Kendall&#039;s coefficient (k = 0.89). A quantitative questionnaire was designed based on the findings of the qualitative phase. The face validity, content validity (Lawshe method), as well as construct validity (exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis) were estimated to be as much as 0.93 by Cronbach&#039;s alpha by the participation of 108 researchers at Imam Hussein Comprehensive University, 84 of whom were selected by random sampling method. The data analysis was performed in the quantitative phase through SPSS as well as LISREL software. The findings provided a thought model including the strategy of the bases of thinking, the view of Islam, the discourse of the leadership, and the outcome of thinking, of which highest score of Friedman&#039;s method was given to thinking (44.72), and the lowest score was given to strategies (40.65). Hence, it can be concluded that if organizations consider thinking paradigm, we may observe the emergence of learning and knowledge creating organizations.</Abstract>

		<Abstract>This research is aimed at conceptualizing knowledge management offices in the academic development centers. Containing a descriptive nature, this research is an applied one in terms of its goals. Snowball sampling method is used to select the sample for this research. Data collection method involves in-depth interviews with scientific and academic community experts as well as the specialists and managers of the Academic Development Center of Imam Hussain Comprehensive University until reaching at theoretical saturation. A total of 20 interviews were conducted. After collecting the data, the codes for written interviews were analyzed. The validity of the interview was tested by the experts and its reliability was confirmed by the method of intra-subject agreement between the two coders. The coding method was used to analyze the research data. The results of the research, based on the selection of open, axial and selective coding, resulting in the final framework, demonstrated that the concept of knowledge management office contains 200 codes, 5 concepts and five categories. The concept of knowledge management office is formed by five categories including the goals (strategic and operational), tasks (strategies, processes, technologies, mechanisms, infrastructure and projects), roles (decision making, interpersonal and informational), competencies (technical and social), and structural arrangements (structural principles and system principles).</Abstract>

		<Abstract>This research is aimed at assessing of knowledge management status and identifying the barriers in the way of sharing and documentation of knowledge in the Police Command of Eastern Azerbaijan rovince. This mixed research follows concurrent nested method. Phenomenological approach is selected for the qualitative phase of the study and descriptive-survey method is employed in the quantitative phase.  The statistical sample of the qualitative phase of the research included 10 commanders and employees of police of Eastern Azerbaijan province selected by snowball sampling method. Data were analyzed using inductive coding of phrases and words from participant interviews. The research population included 320 police employees and commanders in the quantitative phase in the same population having been selected by simple random sampling. The instruments of data collection included a semi structured questionnaire in the qualitative phase, and in the quantitative phase a standardized questionnaire of the processes of knowledge management and the infrastructure affecting knowledge management was employed.  The face validity and content validity of the questionnaires were confirmed.  The reliability coefficient of Cronbach&#039;s Alpha for the knowledge management process was 0.93, and for the effective factors was 0.90. The trustworthy of the results was affirmed by reviewing the data and recording the details of the research and prolonging the process. In the qualitative phase, inductive coding method was used for data analysis and in quantitative phase, T-sample testing through SPSS 22 software was used to answer the research questions. The results of the research indicated that the present status of knowledge management was 2.59 in terms of process, 2.73 for effective factors in the Police Command of the province. The t-value distance to the desired situation was 3.5. The main barriers to knowledge management in the Police command included trust, communication, organizational management, structure, commitment of human resource, culture, and technology. The Police Command of the province can improve the status of knowledge management in the organization by strengthening think tanks, documenting experiences, removing structural barriers, and increasing interpersonal and organizational trust.</Abstract>

		<Abstract>Knowledge-based economies and the movement towards capital gaining through the application of science and knowledge, are undeniable necessities for the preservation and survival of universities. Furthermore, they help meet the needs of the people at universities and the society. Universities of medical sciences across the country contain creative human resource (including faculty members, students, graduates and employees) with technological ideas. However, they show little tendency towards commercialization and creation of knowledge-based companies. This research is intended to provide a model for creating knowledge-based companies through SWOT approach in medical universities in Mazandaran province. This applied research follows field method to regard the level of control of field variables. In terms of data collection it is a descriptive research relying on context search.  The research can also be regarded as an exploratory research by some considerations. The statistical population of the qualitative stage includes 15 scientific experts, chairmen and experts of the university&#039;s development centers, research and technology units of the university, officials and experts of the science and technology parks, and experts of knowledge-based companies. The statistical population of the quantitative phase include the faculty members of medical sciences universities in Mazandaran (University of Babul and Mazandaran University) including 750 professors from whom a sample of 256 people were selected as the sample by stratified random sampling method based on Morgan table. A researcher-made questionnaire, containing 45 items, was developed as a result of interviews for data collection. The validity and reliability of this questionnaire were confirmed. Qualitative data analysis of the research was done through open coding and central coding. For the analysis of quantitative data, the structural equation model test using the partial least squares method (PLS) was used for performing factor analysis. Using the structural equation model test, the researchers designed the final research model as a model for creating knowledge-based companies through SWOT approach for medical universities. The model illustrates the share of each factors. Threats occupy the highest factor load and first rank with a factor load of 0.813. Opportunities fit the second rank with a factor load of 0.787. Strengths with a factor load of 0.0569 take the third rank and the factor of weaknesses take the fourth rank with a factor load of 0.266..</Abstract>

Furthermore, they help meet the needs of the people at universities and the society. 		<Abstract>The purpose of this study is to design a model for human resource development in the tourism industry of Isfahan province based on the knowledge management process. The statistical population consists of experts in the tourism industry of Isfahan province selected by the purposeful criterion-based method, who were surveyed through a questionnaire. The data were analyzed through interpretive structural modeling and importance-performance matrix. The designed model includes 9 indicators which, according to the knowledge management process, are classified in 4 dimensions including knowledge creation, knowledge retention, knowledge transfer and distribution, and application of knowledge, and were placed in 5 levels and their relationships were identified. The results showed that at the lowest level, the indicators of &quot;designing the model of occupational competencies of tourism industry&quot; and &quot;designing human resource information system&quot; impose the greatest impact on other indicators. In fact, they are the most important indicators of human resource development of tourism industry in Isfahan province. The indicator of “defining and presentation of excellence awards for human resource management of tourism industry&quot; occupied the highest level with the most dependence. Furthermore, the results of the importance-performance matrix of human resource development indicators showed that all 9 identified indicators were in the area of focus or weakness, which indicates that more attention should be paid.</Abstract>
