Principles of Strategic Strategies will be effective, regardless of the status of knowledge required, and the analysis of the knowledge gap.Adoption of the descriptive and combinational approaches to the strategic management of knowledge in the context of Islamic Republic of Iran Due to its specific structure, it faces serious challenges and disadvantages. This paper attempts to present a model of Shakiba-Hadi, religious and religious principles and deficiencies of Western models, while introducing a native and contingent interactive approach for national-level organizations. The model identifies the main criteria for their success in 9 factors and 198 indicators with a focus on areas Knowledge is about the approach of the reference point, of course, in the context of the capabilities of the tools and the subjects. Data are quantitatively and quantitatively calculated in numerical order and with fuzzy logic. After determining the size of the Shannon entropy, the opinion of the auditor and the weight of its estimation are determined by the minimum squares. In order to verify the applicability of the model, a model has been implemented in one of the defense fields. The results of the demonstration The organization of the 9 factors only has seven main factors, and of the 198 indicators only 20 indicators are needed, which indicate that the organization is in a state of the art, in principle, and in a strategic manner, and in a physical and cultural entity with a value of 158 in a barrier condition. Therefore, it is suggested that before the strategy is initiated, the inhibitory factors will remain and then strengthened, while the engineers will be strengthened.

In this paper, a comprehensive study of organizational knowledge maps, as one of the main techniques for knowledge management, has been investigated in order to development a model of knowledge map of science and technology incubators. Primarily, to achieve this purpose, related investigations between 1998 and 2018 have been taken into consideration and different models for development of knowledge maps and effective factors on these models have been extracted by content analysis method. On the other hand, by studying features of science and technology incubators, effective factors on designing and developing of incubator’s knowledge maps with consideration the most effective factors based on frequency in related researches have been identified and determined. Then, as a contribution to previous studies, a practical model has been developed based on these factors and process map of incubators. The model is consistent with the incubator's features, and developed in seven steps. To implement the proposed steps of developing incubator’s knowledge map, the corresponding work sheets have been designed that help in how to knowledge mapping in practice. Finally, the proposed model for development of knowledge map has been implemented in supportive service section of incubators of a particular university as a pilot.

Gamification is the use of game-based thinking to encourage and motivate people and to solve problems. On the other hand, knowledge sharing is one of the important parts of knowledge management. Knowledge sharing is the core of knowledge processing; where knowledge is created and used. According to many researchers, organizations face challenges in implementing the knowledge sharing processes and motivating their employees. The present study aims to investigate the dimensions and components of gamification affecting knowledge sharing -that have been extracted in previous research- and assess the existence of significant relationships between them using Structural Equation Modeling. The statistical population of the study is experts, researchers, and students of selected universities in Tehran, from which 120 people familiar with gamification were selected through clustering and purposeful approach as a sample. The research method is analytical-descriptive using structural equation modeling; and the measurement tool is a five-point questionnaire based on the Likert scale. Cronbach's alpha and combined reliability (CR) were used to evaluate the reliability of the data collection tool and the AVE tool was used to check the validity. The results show that gamified dimensions (including mechanisms, dynamics, and aesthetics), gamification context (including platform, revenues, costs, players, etc.) and supporting factors (including management support, project evaluation, knowledge sharing process, etc.) have a significant effect on knowledge sharing that among them, supporting factors have the highest effect; so academic centers should pay special attention to this factor. Of course, the other two factors of gamification (gamified dimensions and system context) also play a considerable role in improving knowledge sharing. Finally, it is recommended to academic centers to use gamification in knowledge sharing processes, considering the studied factors.

Due to the expansion and penetration of social networks among users, private and personal communication, ease of access has become an unparalleled area of communication and has provided a lot of groundwork. The main purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of social networks on social innovation. The main question is, what social networks do they have on social innovation? The statistical population consisted of students of different levels of associate, bachelor, master and Ph.D. in five selected universities in Tehran. With regard to the wide range of statistical population and the impossibility of access to the entire population, 140 simple random sampling methods were selected and a questionnaire was sent to receive their response. In this research, two social network and social innovation questionnaires with five options were prepared. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire, were confirmed by experts and the factor analysis. The results showed that at 95% confidence level, the "virtual social network" with a significant path coefficient of 5.34 on "Ideas for problem solving", 4.71 on "product effectiveness and final achievement", 4.66 on "recognizing the problem" and 3.96 affects the "implementation and institutionalization of ideas".

Today, supply chain management is considered as an effective factor in achieving competitive advantage in different organizations. It can be said that organizations are not competing with each other, but supply chains compete for gaining more markets. On the other hand, organizations have found that knowledge is the most strategic source of enterprise, and is the focus of competition and survival. Knowledge Management and its implementation in the supply chain can be considered as an effective factor in increasing the efficiency of the supply chain. The purpose of this study, which was implemented at one of the largest and most active companies in the field of offshore oil and gas, is to determine the role of knowledge management in the efficiency of the supply chain. In this study, based on research literature, a conceptual model and based on those hypotheses was developed. The statistical population of this study was directors and experts of the Iranian Offshore Engineering and Construction Company (IOEC), and the sample was selected based on a non-probabilistic targeted approach and it was 33 people. Due to the limited number of statistical samples, structural equations and smart PLS software (version 2) were used to test the hypotheses.<br />According to the data analysis, all hypotheses have been confirmed and priority has been made based on factor load. Accordingly, in the case of knowledge management, the factor “knowledge preservation” has the most effective coefficient and the factor "knowledge sharing" has the least effect on the efficiency of the supply chain. Considering the importance the importance of the Knowledge Preservation, it can be done by creating the right IT infrastructure and timely storage of knowledge through these infrastructures and systems in order to make the chain more efficient.

Considering the importance the importance of the Knowledge Preservation, it can be done by creating the right IT infrastructure and timely storage of knowledge through these infrastructures and systems in order to make the chain more efficient.</OtherAbstract>
