Primarily, to achieve this purpose, related investigations between 1998 and 2018 have been taken into consideration and different models for development of knowledge maps and effective factors on these models have been extracted by content analysis method. On the other hand, by studying features of science and technology incubators, effective factors on designing and developing of incubator’s knowledge maps with consideration the most effective factors based on frequency in related researches have been identified and determined. Then, as a contribution to previous studies, a practical model has been developed based on these factors and process map of incubators. The model is consistent with the incubator's features, and developed in seven steps. To implement the proposed steps of developing incubator’s knowledge map, the corresponding work sheets have been designed that help in how to knowledge mapping in practice. Finally, the proposed model for development of knowledge map has been implemented in supportive service section of incubators of a particular university as a pilot. در این مقاله با بررسی و تحلیل جامع نقشه‌های دانش سازمان به عنوان یکی از ابزارهای اصلی مدیریت دانش، الگویی برای تدوین نقشه دانش مراکز رشد علم و فناوری توسعه داده شده-است. بدین منظور در ابتدا پژوهش‌های انجام شده در طی سال های 1998 تا 2018 میلادی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته و الگوهای مختلف تدوین نقشه دانش و عوامل اثر گذار بر تدوین آن با تحلیل محتوا استخراج گردیده‌است. از سوی دیگر با مطالعه ویژگی‌های مراکز رشد علم و فناوری، عوامل اثر گذار بر تدوین نقشه‌های دانشی این مراکز بادر نظر گرفتن تاثرگذارترین عوامل تدوین نقشه دانش از نظر فراوانی و تناوب در پژوهش‌های محققان شناسایی شده است. سپس یک الگوی کاربردی تدوین نقشه دانش با در نظر گرفتن این عوامل، در هفت گام اساسی و متناسب با ویژگی‌های مراکز رشد و مبنتی بر نقشه فرآیند این مراکز، طراحی گردید. برای پیاده سازی گام-های پیشنهادی تدوین نقشه دانش مراکز رشد، کاربرگ‌های متناظر تهیه شده که مسیر و نحوه تدوین نقشه دانش را به صورت اجرایی و عملیاتی در این مراکز به‌طور مشخص نشان می‌دهد. در پایان این الگوی تدوین نقشه دانش برای بخش خدمات پشتیبانی مرکز رشد علم و فناوری دانشگاه مورد مطالعه به عنوان پایلوت تهیه شده است. https://jkm.ihu.ac.ir/article_204853_5e71db0aac596ef9410c082b5486dbc9.pdf
