تحقیق آزمایشی و کاربرد آن در توسعۀ دانش مدیریت
محیط نهادها و کسب وکارها دائماً متلاطم و متغیّر است لذا بهرهگیری از شیوههای نوین جهت تولید و توسعۀ دانش مدیریتی امری غیرقابل اجتناب است. روش تحقیق آزمایشی یکی از روشهای تحقیق مهم جهت بررسی و بهبود مسائل سازمانی بوده و استفاده از آن در علوم اجتماعی و رفتاری مانند جامعهشناسی، روانشناسی، اقتصاد و مدیریت در سالهای اخیر رشد قابل توجهّی داشته است. تحقیقات آزمایشگاهی یکی از انواع اصلی تحقیقات آزمایشی هستند که در محیط کنترلشده آزمایشگاه، با هدف بررسی رابطۀ علّی و ضمن کنترل متغیرهای مزاحم اجرا میشوند. استفاده از این پژوهشها به توسعه دانش در شاخههای مختلف مدیریت شامل رفتار سازمانی، مدیریت منابع انسانی، تبلیغات و رفتار مصرفکننده، مدیریت عملیات رفتاری، راهبرد رفتاری و اقتصاد رفتاری انجامیده است. با وجود توسعۀ کاربردهای تحقیق آزمایشی در ادبیات مدیریت و انباشت دانش مرتبط در منابع بینالمللی، به نظر میرسد شناخت و استفاده از آن در پژوهشهای داخلی کمتر مورد توجّه قرار گرفته است. تحقیق حاضر قصد دارد با استفاده از منطق روش دلفی، مقولات و مفاهیم اصلی این روش تحقیق و کارکردهای آن در مدیریت را بازشناسد و با مرور نظاممند ادبیات موضوعی، مفاهیم احصاشده را تشریح نماید. مطابق یافتههای تحقیق 11 مقوله و بیش از 30 مفهوم مرتبط شناسایی شده که مقولات اصلی شامل چیستی پژوهش آزمایشی و انواع آن، دستکاری متغیّرها، کنترل، تکرار، اعتبار و اخلاق در پژوهش آزمایشی است. یافتههای این پژوهش از حیث شناخت و توسعۀ کاربردهای یک روششناسی نوین در تولید دانش مدیریت برای پژوهشگران و دانشمندان حوزههای مختلف مدیریت قابل بهرهبرداری است.

ارائه مدل مفهومی مدیریت دانش اجتماعی با استفاده از روش فراترکیب
مدیریت دانش اجتماعی فصل مشترک میان مدیریت دانش اجتماعی و سرمایه اجتماعی است که نقش مهمی را در استخراج دانش نهان اجتماعی بازی میکند، لذا هدف از انجام این پژوهش شناسایی ابعاد و مؤلفههای مدیریت دانش اجتماعی است. این پژوهش کاربردی و با روش اسنادی و فراترکیب انجام شده است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات از روش هفت مرحلهای فراترکیب سندلوسکی و باروسو استفاده شده است. همچنین در مجموع 44 منبع از 258 منبع برای انجام فراترکیب نهایی انتخاب شد که 224 کد، 25 مفهوم و 8 مقوله از آنها استخراج و با استفاده از نرمافزار آماری اِکسل 2016 به تجزیه و تحلیل آنها پرداخته شد. یافتهها نشان داد که مؤلفههای مدیریت دانش اجتماعی شامل سرمایه فکری (انسانی، ساختاری و ارتباطی)؛ سرمایه اجتماعی (ساختاری، شناختی و رابطهای)؛ مدیریت دانش (ابعاد دانش، انواع دانش، فرآیندهای مدیریت دانش، تبدیل دانش، اکوسامانه دانش و موانع آن)؛ ارتباطات (جمعی و فردی)؛ یادگیری (فردی، جمعی و سبکهای یادگیری)؛ رهبری (مهارتهای مدیریتی و سبکهای مدیریتی)؛ فرهنگ (اعتماد و علاقه و انگیزه)؛ و فناوری (رسانههای جمعی، وب معنایی، نرمافزارهای اجتماعی و سامانههای مدیریت اطلاعات و دانش) است. همچنین یافتهها نشان داد که مدل مفهومی مدیریت دانش اجتماعی متشکل از مؤلفههای دانش، سرمایه اجتماعی و فکری است که عوامل ارتباطی، فرهنگی، فناوری و رهبری نیز در آن دخیل هستند و تمام این عوامل بر روی هم اثرگذار هستند. درکل میتوان گفت که مدل مفهومی ارائه شده میتواند برای ارزیابی عوامل موفقیت مدیریت دانش اجتماعی در سازمانها کمک کند.

ارائه مدل انتخاب استراتژی مدیریت دانش در زنجیره تأمین
رقابت جهانی و تغییرات سریع در تقاضا و نیاز به عرضه چابک، اهمیت مدیریت دانش بهعنوان یک موضوع راهبردی و منبع مزیت رقابتی در زنجیرههای تأمین را بیشتر ساخته است. با این پیش فرض بحث انتخاب راهبرد مدیریت دانش در زنجیرههای تامین اهمیت پیدا میکند، به این دلیل که اگر راهبرد مناسب با زنجیره تأمین اتخاذ نشود امکان موفقیت مدیریت دانش در زنجیره کم است. هدف از این پژوهش ارائه مدلی برای انتخاب راهبرد مدیریت دانش در زنجیره تأمین است. در مطالعه حاضر ابتدا متغیرهای تأثیرگذار بر راهبرد مدیریت دانش در زنجیره تأمین شناسایی و یک مدل برای انتخاب راهبرد ارائه شده است. دراین مدل به ترتیب راهبرد زنجیره تأمین، عوامل فرهنگی، ساختار شبکه توزیع، نواحی دانش بر، فرآیندهای خلق و انتشار دانش، رویکرد منابع انسانی و بلوغ فناوری اطلاعات زنجیره مورد بررسی قرار گرفته و ارتباط هر کدام از آنها با راهبردهای سامانهگرا و انسانگرای مدیریت دانش مشخص شده است. بهمنظور اعتبارسنجی مدل از نظرات خبرگان حوزه مدیریت دانش استفاده شده است. در مرحله بعد بهمنظور مدلسازی تاثیر عوامل بر انتخاب راهبرد، یک سامانه استنتاج فازی با استفاده از نرمافزار متلب طراحی شده است. بهعنوان مطالعه موردی زنجیره تأمین ایرانخودرو بهعنوان نمونه انتخاب شده است و بر اساس نظرات مدیران زنجیره و با استفاده از مدل و سامانه ارائهشده در پژوهش، عوامل تاثیرگذار بر راهبرد مدیریت دانش در زنجیره تأمین ایرانخودرو مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان میدهد که راهبرد مناسب برای این زنجیره راهبرد سامانهگرا میباشد و در نهایت راهکارهای مدیریت دانش زنجیره تامین برای اساس راهبرد انتخابشده به شرکت مورد مطالعه، ارائه شده است. سامانه پیشنهادی در این پژوهش میتواند بهمنظور انتخاب راهبرد مدیریت دانش در هر زنجیره تامینی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

ارائه مدل مدونسازی دانش ضمنی منابع انسانی و شناسایی موانع پیادهسازی آن در اداره کل امور اقتصادی و دارایی همدان
پژوهش تغییر پارادایم از حوزه مدیریت منابع انسانی به مدیریت سرمایههای انسانی، اهمیت بهرهگیری از دانشهای ضمنی منابع انسانی را دوچندان کرده است. مستندسازی، مدیریت دانش و تجارب منابع انسانی خبره و بهرهگیری از آنها برای تحقق اهداف سازمانها، نیازمند شناسایی فرآیند مدونسازی دانش است. در این پژوهش با استفاده از رویکرد پژوهش کیفی و انجام مصاحبه با مدیران اصلی، پایه، میانی و ذیحسابان اداره کل دارایی و امور اقتصادی همدان و با روش نمونهگیری قضاوتی به این سؤال پاسخ داده میشود که مدل مدونسازی دانش ضمنی در این اداره کل و راهکارهای اجرایی برای پیادهسازی آن چگونه است. تحلیل دادههای گردآوریشده از تعداد 20 مصاحبه به شیوه تحلیل مضمون، به شناسایی تعداد 186 تِم فرآیند مدونسازی دانش ضمنی و تعداد 31 تِم موانع پیادهسازی این فرآیند منجر شد. پس از طبقهبندی تمها، مراحل فرآیند مدونسازی دانش ضمنی شامل شناسایی یا کشف دانش ضمنی، استخراج یا کسب دانش ضمنی، ثبت و ذخیره دانش ضمنی، تسهیم دانش ضمنی و کاربست دانش ضمنی شناسایی شد. همچنین اقدامات موردنیاز و پیشنهادهایی در تحقق هر کدام از مراحل مذکور ارائه شدند. در نهایت، موانع مدونسازی دانش ضمنی، شناسایی و راهکارهایی برای رفع آنها پیشنهاد شد.

نقش یادگیری سازمانی و فرایند کسب و کار بر عملکرد دانش محور سازمانها (نمونه پژوهش: اداره دارایی زنجان و سازمان صنعت و معدن بجنورد)
عمدهترین سرمایه سازمانهای تولیدی و خدماتی عصر حاضر، دانشی است که به آن دسترسی دارند. سازمانهایی میتوانند پیشرو و پیشتاز باشند که قادرند بیشترین، معتبرترین و به روز ترین دانش بشری را در حوزه کسب و کارشان در اختیار گیرند و از آن استفاده بهینه کنند و با تصرف دانش، خرد و تجربیات با ارزش افزوده کارکنان و نیز پیادهسازی، بازیابی، حفظ و نگهداری دانش به منزلهَی داراییهای ناملموس سازمان استفاده کنند. عملکرد دانش محور بر اساس دیدگاه دانشی در منابع دانش سازمان ریشه دارد. بهعلاوه، این نوع عملکرد تحت تاثیر قابلیتهای فرایند کسب و کار نیز میباشد. به همین منظور، این مطالعه با هدف ارائه مدلی برای تعریف عملکرد بر این اساس انجام شده است. ابزار جمعآوری دادهها پرسشنامه استاندارد میباشد و جامعه آماری کارکنان اداره دارایی زنجان و سازمان صنعت و معدن بجنورد میباشد. نمونه آماری این پژوهش شامل 199 نفر از کارکنان اداره دارایی زنجان و سازمان صنعت و معدن بجنورد بودند و پرسشنامه به روش تصادفی ساده بین آنها توزیع شد. مدل مفهومی تحقیق با استفاده از مدل معادلات ساختاری در نرمافزار PLS برازش شد. یافتههای تحقیق نشان میدهد، منابع دانشی با نقش واسطهای قابلیتهای فرایند کسب و کار بهعنوان مبنای عملکرد دانش محور سازمان هستند. بهعبارتی، داراییهای دانشی و قابلیتهای فرایندی دو محرک مرتبط در فرایند خلق ارزش در سازمان هستند. بهطور خاص، سرمایه دانشی بر قابلیت فرآیند دانش تاثیر داشته و همچنین یادگیری سازمانی بر سرمایه دانشی و قابلیت فرآیند کسب و کار بر عملکرد سازمانی شرکت تاثیر دارد.

پیشایندهای رفتار نوآورانه کارکنان دانشی فعال در صنایع دارویی مشهد
پژوهش حاضر در صدد بوده است تا تاثیر پیش آیندهای رفتار نوآورانه کارکنان دانشی چون منبعیابی دانش، خودکارآمدی و ادارک از شفافیت اطلاعات را بر این متغیر مورد ارزیابی قراردهد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش240 نفر از کارکنان دانشی فعال در واحدهای تحقیق و توسعه صنایع دارویی مشهد بودند که تعداد 148 نفر با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی در دسترس و با استفاده از ابزار پرسشنامه استاندارد مورد سنجش قرارگرفتند. برای سنجش رفتار نوآورانه از پرسشنامه سه سوالی دورکیوا (2011)، برای سنجش منبعیابی دانش از پرسشنامه شش سوالی گری و میستر (2004)، برای سنجش شفافیت اطلاعات از پرسشنامه چهارسوالی دورکیوا (2009) و برای سنجش خودکارامدی از پرسشنامه سه سوالی ویلک و موینها (2005) استفاده شد. برای سنجش پایایی ابزار سنجش از آلفای کرونباخ و برای سنجش روایی از روایی صوری و روایی همگرا بهره گرفته شد. داده ها با استفاده از روش تحلیل معادلات ساختاری و روش تاکسنومی و نرم افزارهای smart PLS3 و SPSS مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج بیانگر آن بود که رفتار نوآورانه از منبعیابی دانش (R=0/521,T=7/61)و خودکارآمدی(R=0.61,T=2/81) متاثر شده و شفافیت اطلاعات رابطه میان خودکارآمدی و رفتار نوآورانه را تسهیل میکند(R=0/43, T=2/17). نتایج تحلیل تاکسنومیک نیز نشان داد که میتوان سه خوشه رفتاری از کارکنان دانشی را متصور بود که شفافیت اطلاعات و خودکارآمدی در بروز رفتارهای هرخوشه نقش بسزایی دارند. نتیجه این پژوهش بیانگرآن بود که تقویت کارکنان دانشی میتواند بر رفتارکارکنان تاثیر فزاینده ای داشته باشد و مدیران میتوانند با بهرهگیری صحیح از شفافیت اطلاعات، افزایش خودکارآمدی و بالاطبع آن افزایش رفتارهای نوآورانه کارکنان دانشی را تضمین نموده و زمینه ساز بهبود بهره وری و عملکرد فردی و سازمانی آنها باشند.
