بررسی امکان ریسک آفرینی فرایند اشتراک دانش در سازمان های دانشمحور (نمونه پژوهش: یک سازمان دانشمحور در حوزه فناوری اطلاعات)
امروزه، اشتراک دانش در حال تبدیلشدن به مؤثرترین مؤلفه جهت دستیابی به مزیت رقابتی منحصربهفرد برای سازمانهای دانشمحور است؛ اما درحالی که میتواند منبع مزیت رقابتی سازمان باشد، می تواند منشای ریسک سازمانی نیز گردد. این مطالعه به بررسی امکان و شناسایی ریسک های احتمالی برای مزیت رقابتی در اثر بهکارگیری فرایند اشتراک دانش در سازمان هدف میپردازد. این برای نخستین بار است که موضوع ریسک در اثر فرایند اشتراک دانش بهطور جدی مورد مطالعه قرار می گیرد. در این مطالعه، از مدل پژوهشی توصیفی-کاربردی بهره برده شده و روش آن پیمایشی و جامعه هدف آن تعدادی از کارکنان (دانشی) یک سازمان دانشمحور در حوزه IT است. جهت جمعآوری داده ها از طراحی پرسشنامه، نظر خبرگان و جهت بررسی پایایی و روایایی داده های استخراجشده از آزمونهای آلفای کرون باخ، کیزر-میر-الکین، بارتلت و بهمنظور بررسی فرضیه های تحقیق از آزمون t، کای دو و فریدمن استفاده گردیده است. نتایج حاصلشده نشان داد که کارکنان و مدیران سازمان باید جهت حراست از مزیت رقابتی سازمان خود، ریسک آفرینی فرایند اشتراک دانش که منجر به ریسک هایی چون کاهش سطح عملکرد فناوری اطلاعات و کاهش بهره وری در سازمان میگردد را بهطور جدی مورد توجه قرار داده و در راستای کاهش سطح این ریسکها چاره جویی نمایند.

بررسی اثر هوش تجاری بهعنوان ابزار مدیریت دانش در بهبود شاخصهای کلیدی عملکرد هولدینگهای سرمایه گذاری با رویکرد پویایی سیستم
امروزه، هوش تجاری بهعنوان یک مزیت رقابتی و عامل حیاتی در موفقیت سازمانها محسوب میشود. هوش تجاری، دادهها و اطلاعات سازمان را یکپارچه کرده و امکان کنترل و رهیابی فرایندهای کلیدی سازمان را برای مدیران فراهم مینماید. در حالیکه بسیاری از پژوهشگران اشاراتی به بهبود عملکرد سازمانی با بهکارگیری هوش تجاری در سازمانها داشتهاند، امّا مطالعه جامعی در خصوص فرآیند تأثیرگذاری هوش تجاری بر شاخصهای کلیدی عملکردی بهویژه در حوزه عملکرد هولدینگهای اقتصادی صورت نگرفته است. در این راستا، پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر هوش تجاری بهعنوان ابزار مدیریت دانش بر بهبود شاخصهای کلیدی عملکرد با رویکرد پویاییشناسی سیستم، در هلدینگهای سرمایهگذاری انجام گرفته است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را 40 نفر از مدیران، کارشناسان، خبرگان و صاحبنظران علوم مدیریت اقتصادی و فناوری اطلاعات در هلدینگهای سرمایهگذاری تشکیل میدهند. برای گردآوری دادهها و استخراج شاخصها ضمن مرور ادبیات موضوع و پژوهشهای انجامگرفته، از طریق روشهای کیفی و کمی، شاخصهای مورد نظر استخراج گردیدند. بهمنظور بررسی رفتار تأثیر هوش تجاری و مدیریت دانش بر شاخصهای کلیدی عملکرد هلدینگ سرمایهگذاری، از روش پویایی سیستم استفاده شده است که نتایج حاصل از شبیهسازی با نرمافزار ونسیم، حاکی از اثر قابل توجه هوش تجاری و مدیریت دانش بر شاخصهای کلیدی عملکرد سازمان از جمله شاخص سود خالص، بازگشت سرمایه و رشد اقتصادی میباشد.

ترسیم نقشه فازی عناصر کیفی ریسکهای پیادهسازی مدیریت دانش
امروز سازمانها متوجه شدهاند که دانش یک منبع باارزش است که بایستی مدیریت شود در پژوهش حاضر تلاش شده، ریسکهای پیادهسازی مدیریت دانش شناسایی و با استفاده از مفهوم مدل شکاف، روش نوینی برای ارزیابی ریسکهای پیادهسازی ارائه شود. روش پژوهش، هدف کاربردی و ازلحاظ ماهیت توصیفی است. جامعه آماری را 12 نفر از مدیران شرکتهای دانشبنیان فعال شهر شیراز تشکیل میدهند. برای یافتن مؤلفههای بحرانی موفقیت و شکست از مفهوم مدل شکاف و ترسیم نقشه فازی نوع دوم برای ارزیابی ریسکها استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد عدم توانمندسازی، عدمحمایت مدیریت ارشد، چالش گسترش روزافزون تجارت، ترس از احمق فرض شدن، کمبود انگیزه، کمبود نرخ مشارکت، ترس از دست دادن مالکیت دانش و ایجاد سیستم و منابع اطلاعاتی متعدد و غیر ضرور، از مهمترین عوامل حیاتی موفقیت و کمبود اعتماد، زیرساخت فنی، تمرکز در محدوده مرزها، چالش سیاسی، منسوخ بودن محتوی بعضی از دورههای آموزشی، ابهام در سیستم و مشکلات ارتباطی، از مهمترین عوامل شکست شرکت های دانش بنیان در پیاده سازی مدیریت دانش در شهر شیراز هستند. در این راستا ایجاد فرهنگ همکاری، انجام ممیزی دانش، سازماندهی دانش، ایجاد چک لیستی از ویژگیهای کلیدی، برقراری ارتباط بین افراد و دانش، پاداش و انگیزش، چالش سیاسی، برگزاری دوره های آموزشی هدفمند میتوانند پیادهسازی مدیریت دانش در سازمان را تسهیل کنند.

بررسی تأثیر اجرای مدیریت دانش بر عملکرد سازمانی (نمونه پژوهش: شرکت شیر پگاه)
امروزه سازمانهایی در برابر تغییرات و تحولات موفق و پیروز خواهند شد که بتوانند سرمایههای نامشهود و دانش خود را بهبود و توسعه بخشند تا بتوانند سایر متغیرهای سازمانی از جمله اثربخشی را تحت تأثیر قرار دهند، در این راستا پژوهش حاضر نیز با هدف، بررسی تأثیر اجرای مدیریت دانش بر بهبود عملکرد سازمانی در شرکت شیر پگاه صورت پذیرفت؛ جامعه آماری این پژوهش نیز شامل کلیه کارکنان شیر پگاه از رده کارشناس به بالا که تعداد کل آنها 350 نفر بود که حجم نمونه مناسب تحقیق بر اساس فرمول کوکران 184 نفر میباشد که جهت اجرای پرسشنامه بهصورت نمونه تصادفی ساده افراد از جامعه آماری انتخاب و پرسشنامهها توزیع گشت، ابزار مورد استفاده در این پژوهش نیز شامل پرسشنامههای استاندارد اجرای مدیریت دانش و عملکرد سازمانی زاید (2012) که بر اساس مدل نظری بهاتی و همکاران (2011) تنظیم شده، استفاده شده است. پرسشنامه اجرای مدیریت دانش دارای 24 گویه و عملکرد سازمانی دارای 6 گویه با طیف 5 درجه ای لیکرت میباشند که متغیرهای فرهنگ، سرمایه فکری، فرآیندها، استراتژی مدیریت دانش و عملکرد سازمانی را مورد سنجش قرار میدهد. نتایج آزمون تحلیل رگرسیون خطی ساده نشان داد که هم مؤلفه کلی مدیریت دانش و هم 4 مؤلفه مدیریت دانش سهم معناداری در تبیین واریانس متغیر وابسته عملکرد سازمانی داشتند و از بین این مؤلفهها استراتژی مدیریت دانش بالاترین ضریب رگرسیونی را بهدست آورده است.

بررسی تأثیر عدالت سازمانی بر اشتراکگذاری دانش در یک محیط آموزشی - دانشگاهی
بی طرفی در محیط کسب و کار فعلی به این دلیل که اقتصاد امروز اقتصاد مبتنی بر دانش و نوآوری است بهشدت مورد نیاز است. این پژوهش پیمایشی – کاربردی بوده و به ارزیابی تأثیر عدالت سازمانی بر روی اشتراکگذاری دانش در میان اساتید و کارکنان یک محیط آموزشی پرداخته است. در این پژوهش بر روی پنج شکل از عدالت سازمانی (توزیعی، رویهای، تعاملی، زمانی و مکانی) و دو شکل از اشتراکگذاری دانش (انتقال و گردآوری) تمرکز شده است. دادهها با استفاده از نرمافزار spss تحلیل و به لحاظ اینکه این پژوهش مجموعهای از همبستگیها را میآزماید، دادههای حاصل از پرسشنامه با استفاده از مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری (SEM) و با استفاده از نرمافزارAmos مدلسازی شد. نتایج حاصل از پژوهش نشان میدهد که میان عدالت سازمانی و اشتراکگذاری دانش رابطه مثبت و مستقیم وجود دارد. نتایج این پژوهش بیانگر این موضوع میباشد که میان عدالت توزیعی در دانشگاه صنعتی مالک اشتر، رابطه معناداری وجود ندارد، اما میان چهار بعد دیگر عدالت سازمانی (عدالت رویهای، عدالت تعاملی، عدالت زمانی و عدالت مکانی) و اشتراک دانش رابطه مثبت و معنادار وجود دارد.

بررسی تأثیر نوآوری باز بر اجرای مدیریت دانش با در نظر گرفتن فرآیندهای مدیریت دانش (نمونه پژوهش: منطقه دوم عملیات انتقال گاز استان اصفهان)
هدف اصلی این پژوهش، بررسی تأثیر نوآوری باز بر اجرای مدیریت دانش با در نظر گرفتن فرآیندهای مدیریت دانش در منطقه دوم عملیات انتقال گاز استان اصفهان میباشد. برای نیل به این هدف، از روش پژوهش توصیفی (از نوع پیمایشی) استفاده شد. ابزار تحقیق بر اساس پرسشنامه استاندارد وو و هو (2018) میباشد که پس از سنجش روایی ظاهری، محتوا (روش لاوشه) و روایی سازه (تحلیل عاملی تأییدی) و پایایی (که با روش آلفای کرونباخ، مقدار آن 93/0 برآورد شد)، از طریق مشارکت 84 نفر از مدیران و کارکنان منطقه دوم عملیات انتقال گاز استان اصفهان که با روش نمونهگیری طبقهای متناسب انتخاب شدند، اجرا گردید. روش تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات، در دو سطح توصیفی و استنباطی (مدل معادلات ساختاری) و از طریق نرمافزارهای «SPSS 21» و «Lisrel 8.9» اجرا شد. اعتبار مدل تحقیق، از طریق ضرایب استاندارد و ضرایب معناداری مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و نتایج آن حاکی از برازش قابل قبول برای شاخصهای مذکور بوده است. یافتههای پژوهش تمامی فرضیههای پژوهش را مورد تائید قرار داد، بهصورتی که بیشترین تأثیر را نوآوری باز بر فرآیندهای مدیریت دانش داشته است (β=0.66)، همچنین کمترین تأثیر را نوآوری باز بر اجرای مدیریت دانش داشته است (β=0.25)، در نهایت، فرآیندهای مدیریت دانش بهطور کامل، پشتیبانی نوآوری باز از اجرای مدیریت دانش را میانجیگری نموده است.
