طراحی و اجرای سامانه خبره فازی به منظور پیشنهاد فناوری های مدیریت دانش متناسب با نوع راهبرد
از آنجا که دسترسی به افراد خبره با محدودیتهای زمانی و مکانی همراه است، سامانههای خبره با هدف در دسترس قراردادن مهارتهای خبرگان به منظور از میان برداشتن این محدودیتها به وجود آمدهاند. از طرفی مدیریت دانش با هدف بهبود و ارتقای عملکرد سازمانی از اهمیت زیادی برخوردار است. در این راستا هدف این پژوهش ارائه سامانه خبره فازی به منظور پیشنهاد مناسبترین ابزارهای مدیریت دانش است. برای دریافت دانش مربوط از ده نفر خبره در زمینه مدیریت دانش بهره گرفته شده است. سامانه پیشنهادی شامل پایگاه دانش قواعد فازی، موتور استنتاج بر پایه منطق فازی و استنتاج ممدانی، و واسط کاربری گرافیکی در نرمافزار متلب است. ورودی های سامانه شامل ساختار سازمانی، راهبرد سازمان، راهبرد مدیریت منابع انسانی، سطح بلوغ فناوری اطلاعات، اندازه سازمان و نبود اطمینان محیطی است. خروجی این سامانه ابزارهای مناسب مدیریت دانش است که بر اساس نوع فرایند انتخابشده به کاربر پیشنهاد میشود. برای تعیین عملکرد سامانه خبره طراحی شده، شرکت هلدینگ آرش شامل 500 کارمند مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و نتایج به تفکیک فرایندهای مدیریت دانش ارائه شد. کاربران سامانه پیشنهادی عبارت است از: دانشجویان، سازمانها، پژوهشگرانی که قصد توسعه چنین سامانه هایی را دارند و افرادی که قصد استفاده از دانش سامانه را دارند.

مقایسه تطبیقی همایش های ملی و بینالمللی مدیریت دانش برای سیاستگذاری علمی همایش های کشور
با مقایسۀ کلی همایشهای ملی و بینالمللی در زمینۀ مدیریت دانش، میتوان دریافت، همایشهای ملی در سطح کشور ایران، برخی از حوزههای جدید علم مدیریت دانش را پوشش نداده و با آن فاصله دارد؛ لذا هدف اصلی پژوهش، ابتدا بررسی و فراتحلیل همایشهای ملی و بینالمللی مدیریت دانش در حوزههای مختلف و در گام بعد، مقایسه تطبیقی همایشهای ملی و بینالمللی به منظور شناسایی شکاف دانشی در این حوزه است. در راستای دستیابی به هدف پژوهش با استفاده از روش فراتحلیل کیفی، ابتدا همایشهای ملی ایران در زمینه محورهای همایش و سال برگزاری مورد فراتحلیل قرار گرفت. در مرحلۀ بعد، 18 همایش معتبر بینالمللی در سال 2018 میلادی از لحاظ محورهای همایش، کشور برگزار کننده و نیز ماه برگزاری مورد فراتحلیل قرار گرفت. در نهایت بین این دو دسته از همایشها مقایسه تطبیقی صورت گرفت و پیشنهادهای کاربردی در این زمینه ارائه شد. با مقایسه موضوعات و محورهای همایشهای ملی مدیریت دانش در ایران با همایشهای بینالمللی در این حوزه، مشاهده شد مباحثی چون هوشمندی سازمان و استفاده از هوش مصنوعی در سامانههای پشتیبانی از تصمیم، شبکهها و رسانههای اجتماعی، انجمنهای خبرگی مجازی و حریم خصوصی اطلاعات کمرنگ بوده است. در واقع، محور برگزاری همایشهای ملی مدیریت دانش از برخی بخشهای نرم مدیریت دانش غافل بوده و نیازمند آن است که این محورها در برنامهریزی همایشهای آینده، مورد توجه ویژه قرار گیرد.

تأثیر مدیریت دانش بر بهبود عملکرد نوآورانه سازمان با تأکید بر نقش میانجی یادگیری سازمانی (مورد مطالعه: هولدینگ تولید محصولات پتروشیمی قائد بصیر)
دانش، دارایی کلیدی و ارزشمند و مبنای رشد پایدار و حفظ مزیت رقابتی ماندگار سازمان است. از طرفی موفقیت فرایند نوآوری نیز شدیداً به دانش وابسته است. در این پژوهش به بررسی تأثیر مدیریت دانش بر عملکرد نوآورانه سازمان با در نظر گرفتن نقش میانجی یادگیری سازمانی در یک هولدینگ تولید محصولات پتروشیمی پرداخته شده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش مدیران ارشد، میانی، صف و تعدادی از کارشناسان هولدینگ پتروشیمی است که تعداد آنها 263 نفر است و در نمونه 156 نفره با پرسشنامة 63 سؤالی مورد نظرسنجی واقع شدند. روش نمونهگیری، تصادفی طبقهای است. برای تعیین حجم نمونه از روش کوکران استفاده شده است. همچنین برای آزمون فرضیات از روش الگویابی معادلات ساختاری با نرمافزار Smart PLS2 بهرهگیری شده است. نتایج نشان میدهد که مدیریت دانش با مدنظر قرار دادن یادگیری سازمانی به عنوان متغیر میانجی بر عملکرد نوآورانه در هولدینگ مورد مطالعه، تأثیری مثبت و مستقیم داشته است. همچنین، فرضیات فرعی پژوهش تأیید میکند که زیرفرایندهای مدیریت دانش اعم از خلق، ذخیرهسازی، تسهیم و به کارگیری دانش بر بهبود عملکرد نوآورانه سازمان تأثیر مثبت دارد.

طراحی الگوی نوآوری باز در شرکت های کوچک و متوسط با استفاده از نظریه داده بنیاد (مورد مطالعه: صنایع غذایی استان چهارمحال و بختیاری)
هدف اصلی پژوهش، طراحی الگوی نوآوری باز در شرکتهای کوچک و متوسط فعال در صنایع مواد غذایی کشور است که با روش دادهبنیاد انجام شده است. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات مصاحبه ساختیافته و نیمه ساختیافته با 25 نفر از مدیران (عرصه عمل) و خبرگان دانشگاهی (عرصه علم) است که با روش نمونهگیری نظری انتخاب شدند. شناسهها و عوامل نوآوری باز (342 مفهوم کلیدی، 32 مقوله فرعی و ده مقوله اصلی) از مصاحبهها مشخص، و در قالب الگوی مفهومی دادهبنیاد تدوین شد. براساس یافتههای پژوهش، مقوله محوری «نوآوری باز» است. شرایط علّی دارای دو بعد عوامل درونی (توان کلیدی، ابعاد سازمانی، پژوهش نوین، مدیریت داراییهای فکری، ویژگیهای شرکتهای کوچک و متوسط و ویژگیهای صنعت مواد غذایی) و عوامل بیرونی (الگوی کسب و کار و تحولات محیطی) است. راهبردهای مورد نظر عبارت است از: راهبردهای آسانگر (جستجو، مرزگستری، برونسپاری، شبکهسازی، پایش شرکا) و راهبردهای فرصتهای فناورانه (واردشونده، خارجشونده و متقابل). شرایط زمینهای نیز عبارت است از: شرایط سازمانی (ویژگیهای شخصیتی مدیر، زیرساختهای فرهنگی) و شرایط محیطی (پویایی بازار و زیرساختهای قانونی). شرایط مداخلهگر نیز از طریق چالشهای (منابع، توان پویا و نبود اطمینان) بر راهبردها تأثیر میگذارد که در نهایت به پیامدهای درونی (بهبود آمادگی سازمانی، بهبود ظرفیت جذب و بهبود زیرساختهای فرهنگی)، پیامدهای بیرونی (دیدهبانی، هوشمندی محیطی، بهبود الگوی کسب و کار، بهبود توانمندیهای همکاری و بهبود رویکرد برونسپاری) و پیامدهای دوسویه (همآفرینی) منجر میشود.

بررسی میزان موفقیت در اجرای مدیریت دانش بهعنوان نوآوری
مسئله مورد بررسی پژوهش بررسی میزان موفقیت در اجرای مدیریت دانش بهعنوان نوآوری با در نظر گرفتن چهار عامل تأثیرگذار در اجرای نوآوری (عوامل فردی، عوامل اجتماعی، ویژگیهای نوآوری و عوامل سازمانی) است. سؤال اصلی این است که آیا بین عوامل مؤثر در اجرای نوآوری و موفقیت این مؤسسه در اجرای مدیریت دانش بهعنوان نوآوری رابطه معنیدار وجود دارد. جامعه آماری 15 نفری پژوهش را مدیران این مؤسسه تشکیل میدهند که از مدیریت دانش بیشترین استفاده را میکنند. نتایج با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون تجزیهوتحلیل شد؛ سپس فرضیات معنادار با آزمون رگرسیون مورد تجزیهوتحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که عوامل فردی با ضریب همبستگی (817/0)، ویژگیهای نوآوری با ضریب همبستگی (66/0) و عوامل اجتماعی با ضریب همبستگی (588/0) با موفقیت در اجرای مدیریت دانش رابطه معناداری دارد و بهرغم همبستگی ضعیف (404/0) و نبود رابطه معنادار بین عامل سازمانی با موفقیت در اجرای مدیریت دانش، نتیجه نشان داد که مدیریت دانش از دید همه عوامل یادشده با ضریب همبستگی (819/0) با موفقیت در این مؤسسه اجرا شده است.

بررسی تأثیر ابعاد بازارگرایی بر کارکردهای مدیریت دانش
هدف پژوهش بررسی ارتباط میان ابعاد بازارگرایی و کارکردهای مدیریت دانش و ارائه الگوی مفهومی در این حوزه است. در گام نخست با استفاده از مطالعه ادبیات تحقیق و مصاحبه با گروه خبرگان، نه ویژگی برای سنجش مفهوم بازارگرایی شناسایی شد. سپس با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی تأییدی این ویژگیها در قالب سه گروه بهعنوان ابعاد بازارگرایی (مشتریگرایی، رقیبگرایی و هماهنگی درون وظیفهای) طبقهبندی شد. در این راستا ده ویژگی بهمنظور سنجش مفهوم مدیریت دانش شناسایی و با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی تأییدی در قالب سه گروه و تحت عنوان کارکردهای مدیریت دانش (کسب دانش، انتشار دانش و پاسخگویی دانش) طبقهبندی شد. در گام دوم پایایی سازه (متغیرهای مفهومی) و روایی همگرای ابزار سنجش پژوهش مورد ارزیابی و تأیید قرار گرفت. دادههای مورد نیاز با استفاده از روش پیمایشی جمعآوری شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش تمام بخشهای فعال در اقتصاد کشور است که از میان آنها و با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری در دسترس از برخی بخشها، گروهی از مدیران بهعنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند و پرسشنامه برای آنها ارسال شد. در گام نهایی دادهه با استفاده از تحلیل همبستگی و رگرسیون چندگانه تحلیل شد و تأثیر مثبت و معنادار بازارگرایی بر کارکردهای مدیریت دانش مورد تأیید قرار گرفت.
